The Bridgeport men's basketball team has been selected by the East Coast Conference coaches to win their third straight league title this season. Last year's title was the Purple Knights' third in five seasons.UB received five first-place votes and 113 points to top the preseason poll despite returning only one of their top seven scorers from last year's roster .
