Twenty-three-year-old Jesus Ortiz, 26-year-old Jose Ortiz, and 25-year-old Jhonathan Ortiz-LaPorte are charged with murder in the case, among other charges. According to police, the 51-year-old was found lying in front of 83 Seeley Street on Oct. 18. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
