Middletown Voters To Decide On 4-Year Terms For Mayor and Council

City voters will be asked to decide Nov. 4 whether terms for the mayor and common council should be four years instead of two. A charter revision commission met over several months earlier this year and made a long list of recommendations, which included lengthening terms.
