Hartford Detectives Investigate City's 13 t h Homicide

Police received ShotSpotter notifications for the area of Jefferson Street about 1:30 a.m. Responding officers found a 24-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds, including a fatal wound to the head, lying in the middle of the street near 198 Jefferson St., Deputy Police Chief Brian Foley said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
