Sound Tigers fall in shootout

Brenden Kichton scored the difference maker in the ninth round of the shootout as the host St. John's IceCaps defeated the Sound Tigers 2-1 on Saturday night at Mile One Centre. Bridgeport's Kevin Poulin was strong in net as he made 38 saves on 39 shots in the first 67 minutes of play.
