Foley campaigns in Bridgeport

Tom Foley brought his campaign to become Connecticut's next governor to the state's largest city Sunday, promising to lower taxes, bring business to struggling urban areas and end corporate welfare. "Most people in Connecticut think we have lost ground since Gov. Malloy was elected," said Foley, the Republican nominee for governor.
