After being stopped for allegedly speeding Saturday, Albert Smith, 32, of Nash Lane, Bridgeport, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Smith was stopped Saturday morning around 8:45 a.m. Saturday, traveling over 55 mph in a 35 mph zone on Stratfield Road, according to the report.
