Back9 Investors Sue Troubled Network, Officers, Saying They Were Misled

Two investors in the troubled Back9Network, which ceased operations earlier this year, are suing the golf lifestyle channel and four of its associates to recover money that they say they gave based on misleading information. In a suit filed in Superior Court in Hartford, William and Janet Ghio accuse the defendants of "immoral, oppressive, unethical and unscrupulous" conduct and ask for their money back, along with punitive damages and other costs.
