Derik McCoy, 26, of Norwalk and Jermaine Smalls, 26, of Bridgeport were each charged with criminal possession of a firearm, weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a pistol without a permit and conspiracy. Each was held on $250,000 bond and will appear in court May 4. Officers responded to a shots fired call in the 30 block of Lexington Avenue at 5:22 p.m. Sunday, police said.
