A regional organization of top elected officials plans to move out of its offices at the city's transportation center building -- but they're not going far. One month after Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch, a Democrat, and Trumbull First Selectman Tim Herbst, a Republican, got into a heated argument over the latter's proposal to relocate, the Greater Bridgeport Regional Council voted to allow its executive director to negotiate a lease at the RBS building down the street.
