Crews Extinguish Fire At Old Mill In Manchester

Materials appear to have been deliberately set on fire Monday night inside a partially collapsed old mill on the Tolland Turnpike, fire officials said. Firefighters responded to the building at 260 Tolland Turnpike about 5:50 p.m. and found heavy smoke and fire, fire officials said.
