Joey D. Philson , 22, of Marion Street in Bridgeport, was arrested early Sunday after a disturbance outside the Sky Hookah Lounge on Kings Highway East. Police received a call from the lounge around 2:45 a.m. Sunday about a group of four men who were refusing to leave the premises.
