Torres planning run for Bridgeport mayor

The joke at this stage of the campaign season is that it is easier to count the Democrats not running for mayor of Bridgeport than those competing for the top spot in City Hall. The Bridgeport native and owner of the Harborview Market in the Black Rock neighborhood said he will file the necessary paperwork and make a formal announcement in the near future.
