A Bridgeport man on Friday admitted to shooting a man sitting in a car with his girlfriend at a South Norwalk housing complex in the afternoon of Christmas Eve, 2013. Jean Louis-Finn , 19, pleaded guilty at state Superior Court in Stamford to attempted murder and possession of a handgun without a permit.
