The Curtiss Hangar at Sikorsky Memorial Airport , where the likes of Amelia Earhart , Howard Hughes and Charles Lindbergh used to park their planes, will at last be getting some attention after a half-century of neglect. The Connecticut Air & Space Center announced it will stage a ceremonial ground-breaking for the project at noon Tuesday with the mayors of Bridgeport and Stratford participating, along with a B-17 bomber.
