Renters say Connecticut among worst states

That's the conclusion from Apartment List's first renter survey, which found the state among the five worst in the country in terms of the populace's satisfaction with city conditions. Hartford, Bridgeport and New Haven were named three of the four worst cities in the country in terms of renter satisfaction.
