East Hartford Mayor Says She'll Seek Third Term

Leclerc said she has sought improvements in the town's infrastructure, including the Raymond Library, and addressing long-deferred maintanence. She said there are several projects on the horizon that she hopes to continue if re-elected, such as work along Silver Lane and breaking ground on the Rentschler Field redevelopment.
