Preliminary plans unveiled for Remington Woods site

Officials on Monday unveiled details of the proposed Lake Success Eco Business Park for the 422-acre Remington Woods site that straddles Bridgeport and Stratford. In Stratford, the project would include a low-density development of two 133,000-square-foot office buildings with a parking garage.
