Greenwich Police issued a warning Monday evening for residents to "be watchful around schools, libraries, and playgrounds" as a man has been "observed in the Byram area ... watching children on several occasions this month." A red 2013 Volkswagen GTI with New York license plates "has been seen in the area watching children on several occasions this month," according to the statement issued by police.
