One month after Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch, a Democrat, and Trumbull First Selectman Tim Herbst, a Republican, got into a heated argument over the latter's proposal to relocate, the Greater Bridgeport Regional Council voted to allow its executive director to negotiate a lease at the RBS building down the street.
