Barfield, Oil Can to play 'Legends' game in Bridgeport

The Bridgeport Bluefish announced on Wednesday that former Yankee Jesse Barfield and former Red Sox favorite Dennis "Oil Can" Boyd will play in the Heroes for Heroes Legends Game at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard on Thursday, July 9. Barfield joins Charlie Hayes and Jim Leyritz on the Yankees roster, and Boyd will join Ellis Burks and Bill "Spaceman" Lee for the Red Sox. More players will be announced in the coming weeks.
