A New Jersey man who confessed to fatally stabbing a Bridgeport cab driver Jackson Pierre-Louis in Norwalk on Dec. 8, pleaded not guilty to murder at a hearing Thursday in state Superior Court in Stamford. Before entering his plea, Ramiro Arcos-Garcia, 32, appeared with his attorney Howard Ehring before Judge Richard Comerford and waived his right to a hearing that would challenge his arrest on grounds that police lacked probable cause to arrest and charge him with murder.
