A New Jersey man who confessed to fatally stabbing a Bridgeport cab driver in Norwalk in early December, pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder during a brief hearing in state Superior Court in Stamford courthouse. Before making his plea to the murder charge, Ramiro Arcos-Garcia , 32, a former Norwalk resident appeared with his attorney Howard Ehring before Judge Richard Comerford and waived his right to a hearing that would challenge his arrest on grounds that police did not have probable cause to arrest him and charge him with murder.
