UB men, women, SHU women all post victories

The Bridgeport men's basketball team opened up the second half on a 17-0 run and never looked back to post an 84-65 win over Mercy in a ECC matchup Saturday afternoon. The Purple Knights trailed for most of the first half, but took a 36-34 lead into halftime on Devon Elliott 's 3-pointer one second before the buzzer.
