Fairfield Police Charge Man With Using Brother's Driver's License

Two Bridgeport brothers were arrested early Friday after an incident that began with an illegally parked car near a hookah lounge, continued with criminal impersonation and ended with the discovery of marijuana in the car, Fairfield police said. Joey Philson, 22, of Marion Street, Bridgeport, was illegally parked on the side of the road near Sky Hookah Lounge on Kings Highway East, with his turn signal on and another car parked next to his vehicle blocking his signaled turn, police said.
