Witness helps cops ID suspected bike thief at RR stations

An employee of a Timko Street business helped round up a Bridgeport man police said has been stealing bicycles from local train stations. The employee called police shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday after he spotted a man behind a building on Timko Street, abutting the Fairfield Metro train station, trying to steal a moped, according to the report.
