Simsbury Accepting Renter's Rebate Applications

The town's Social Services Department is accepting applications for the renter's rebate program, which runs through Oct. 1. Applicants must be at least 65 years old or be totally disabled, with proof of the disability as of Dec. 31, 2014, according to the Social Services Department. The maximum gross income for a couple is $42,200 and $34,600 for a single individual.
