The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating a fatal weekend accident at the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge construction site in New Haven. Robert Kowalski , area director for OSHA's Bridgeport office, tells the New Haven Register that 61-year-old Arthur Hilario Jr. of New Milford died after falling from a crane Saturday.
