A Bridgeport man is accused of raping his Fairfield girlfriend's 13-year-old daughter on multiple occasions, the Fairfield Citizen reports. Police arrested Angel M. Torres, 26, following an investigation that began in February when the victim's mother brought the teen to a guidance counselor and social worker at her middle school because she had a hickey on her neck, which she admitted was caused by Torres, according to the Citizen.
