Cops: Teen without permit had loaded pistol

An 18-year-old Bridgeport man was taken into custody early Monday when he was found with a loaded handgun in the commuter parking lot on Johnson Drive. Markis Jean-Rene , of Park Avenue, was charged with criminal possession of a pistol, carrying a pistol without a permit and altering the ID number on a gun.
