Bridgeport man charged with raping girlfrienda s daughter

Police say Angel Torres was arrested Tuesday and charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. The Connecticut Post reports police began investigating Torres in February when her mother complained to officials at the girl's school about a hickey on her neck.
