Bluefish topple Ducks

The Bridgeport Bluefish pounded out 12 hits en route to a 10-2 victory over the Long Island Ducks in the opening game of a three-game series at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard Tuesday night. Starting pitcher D.J. Mitchell had his longest outing of the season, going 6.2 innings, allowing two runs on five hits, walking two and striking out four.
