With restraining order from ex-wife till 2071, man slapped with domestic violence charges

A man under a restraining order from his former wife for more than a half-century and wanted on a warrant stemming from a domestic violence incident was picked up by Fairfield police Thursday afternoon at the downtown Bridgeport Public Library . Erik J. Sporre , 45, who now lives on Boston Avenue in Bridgeport, was charged with falsely reporting an incident, first-degree stalking, second-degree harassment, violation of a standing criminal restraining order and threatening.
