Westport Police Bust Driver, Seize $30K Worth Of Pot Ingredient

A Westport police K9 uncovered nearly 400 grams of highly concentrated THC -- the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana -- in two mason jars during a motor vehicle stop, police said. A Westport officer stopped Celso Valle, 49, of Bridgeport, near the Fairfield town line at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, according to police.
