The University of Bridgeport 's Mike Ruane was name the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division II Men's Basketball coach of the year on Thursday. Ruane led the Purple Knights to their third-straight East Coast Conference championship and berth into the NCAA Division II Tournament this past season.
