Trumbull's Tim Herbst makes waves -- and enemies

Trumbull First Selectman Tim Herbst has a tenuous relationship with next door Mayor Bill Finch of Bridgeport, seen together here at Stratford Mayor John Harkins' State of the Town address in 2010. Tim Herbst called for state GOP chairman Jerry Labriola's resignation last fall following the GOP's dismal election results, when Herbst ran a competitive but unsuccessful race for state treasurer.
