Raises pending for big Bridgeport union

The Margaret E. Morton Government Center in Bridgeport, Conn. As of the end of the 2013/14 fiscal year July 1, only about a third of the concessions had been obtained, with the mayor's non-union staff, firefighters and the 80 members of the Laborers International Union of North America stepping up.
