A 47-year-old Danbury man pleaded guilty Tuesday to evading federal taxes by not reporting millions in gross receipts from his restaurant, Augie's Numero #1, to the IRS. Agostino Incorvaia, of Danbury, waived his right to indictment and pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Victor A. Bolden in Bridgeport to one count of tax evasion, said U.S. Attorney Deirdre M. Daly and William P. Offord, Special Agent in Charge of IRS Criminal Investigation in New England.
