Middletown Man Charged With Assaulting Wife

A city man was charged Monday morning after he dragged his wife out of her bedroom and threw her out of the house, police said. Pergil Yebis 36, of Carriage Crossing then punched his wife in the face, stomach and back, and also grabbed her by the neck and threatened to kill her, according to a police report.
