Whitney, Thompson score again, but Devils fall, 4-3

Joe Whitney and Paul Thompson continued their happy reunion, but it wasn't enough for the Albany Devils this afternoon as the dropped a 4-2 decision to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers in Bridgeport, Conn. Whitney, a left wing returned Saturday morning by the parent New Jersey Devils, and rejoined right wing Thompson on the Devils' top line, and each scored a goal.
