Shelters fill as temperatures plummet

With temperatures plunging and a sprinkling of snow coating the region, homeless shelters scrambled Tuesday to find space for those with no warm place to spend the night. "We've been full to capacity for awhile, and last night with the bitter cold, we squeezed as many in as we possibly could," said Bridgeport Rescue Mission Program Director Linda Casey.
