Three-term state Rep. Auden Grogins of Bridgeport will leave the General Assembly and accept a nomination from Gov. Dannel P. Malloy to become a Superior Court judge. Grogins, a lawyer who helped push anti-blight legislation that made it easier for police to close down illegal clubs and massage parlors in her Black Rock neighborhood and throughout Bridgeport, will not accept the oath of office on Wednesday.
