Neighbors' lawsuit aims to pull the plug on town's solar carports

The town has been sued by neighbors demanding the removal of solar-energy panels installed atop carports in the parking lot of the Postol Recreation Center on Mill Plain Road. The lawsuit was filed last month in state Superior Court in Bridgeport by Joel Green, the lawyer representing the Cinch Gourmet Meal Market and Ludlowe Road resident Jessica Curtis.
