Man Sentenced to 10 Months in Prison for Embezzling $108,000 from Westport Employer

Deirdre M. Daly, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that David Liptak, 50, of Milford, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in Bridgeport to 10 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for embezzling $108,000 from his employer. According to court documents and statements made in court, Liptak was employed by Consolidated Management Group of Westport.
