Man Charged With Interfering With Officer At Fairfield Hookah Lounge

A Bridgeport man who appeared to be heavily intoxicated was arrested Thursday night outside a hookah lounge as officers were trying to arrange ambulance transportation to the hospital for him, Fairfield police said. Fairfield officers were called to Euphoria Hookah Lounge on Black Rock Turnpike on Thursday night after employees reported that a man - later identified as Arthur Elliott, 28, of Brooks Street - was causing a disturbance at the establishment, police said.
