Lyme man sentenced to 40 months in prison for securities scheme

Noah L. Myers was also sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport to three years of supervised release after he completes his prison term and 150 hours of community service. Last October, Myers pleaded guilty to one count of security fraud.
