A Lyme man was sentenced Monday to 40 months in prison for defrauding investment clients in a "cherry-picking" securities scheme, according to Deirdre M. Daly, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Noah L. Myers was also sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport to three years of supervised release after he completes his prison term and 150 hours of community service.
