Couple charged after text message dispute spills into street

A Bridgeport couple faces charges after an argument that started on Interstate 95 and spilled onto a local street early Saturday around midnight. Rosa M. Wilson, 32, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault, and her boyfriend, Canady M. Bullock, also 32, was charged with breach of peace.
