'Fabulous' coming this way

Amidst the desolation of Bridgeport's Downtown North, a banner hangs on the side of a tawdry old brick building, its ground floor covered in graffiti, shuttered doors and litter, including on a recent day, a couple of discarded half-pint bottles of New Amsterdam Peach Vodka. When the January hawk blows through downtown, New Amsterdam Peach may offer a slight numbing for an unfortunate who's taking shelter in one of those doorways.
