Bridgeport police brutality trial headed to jury

A city police officer accused of stomping a prone suspect after he was zapped by a stun gun in Beardsley Park said he was concerned the man was armed and trying to get up. At least that's the way suspended Police Officer Clive Higgins explained his actions to veteran FBI Special Agent Emil Parelli.
